Our infrastructure is spread over an area of 2000 square feet and is segregated into different sections such as fabrication shop, assembly shop and general machine shop. Further, to meet the varied requirements of our esteemed clients, we have streamlined our manufacturing unit to carry out large scale consignments with efficiency and deliver them within the stipulated time period.

Our manufacturing unit is well-equipped with the requisite equipment and machines that consists of the following:

In addition to our manufacturing unit, we also have a separate in-house designing unit consisting of individual designing units equipped with CAM / CAD facility. Further, we follow stringent monitoring to ensure high quality and sound equipment and machines.

We give paramount significance to storing and packaging of our entire range of food processing and other allied machines as it prevents it from several kinds of damages. Our warehouse unit is properly ventilated, provided with fire safety arrangements as well as it is divided into various sections for separate storage of raw material and the finished machines and equipment. Managed by skilled storekeepers, proper labeling of each section is done that enable us in easy accommodation and retrieval of the machines helps in saving the time and energy. Furthermore, our 24-hour on-site security helps in keeping an eye on our machines to avoid any loss, miss happening and misplacing. The equipment and machines are properly packed as per the client’s request so that they are safe during transportation. We also offer surface protection on finished components if it’s contractually mentioned.

In addition, we are also assisted with a wide distribution network that enables us to deliver our range of machines and equipment effectively. We also maintain a strict check on our shipping, documentation and forwarding services along with the timeliness of delivering the consignment to the desired destination.
